Welcome to Volume 4 of the Kingfisher Newsletter.

In this edition of the ‘Kingfisher’ we explore the Halcyon Wonderland that was our latest Open Day, which took on an Alice in Wonderland theme and featured stilt walkers, the Mad Hatter, Alice and the March Hare! Over 300 people wandered through the gates for another fun and fantastic day, guests enjoyed a tea party, live music, scrumptious food and so much more.

You will also read about the record run of sales since Christmas; strong demand from over 50’s hailing from Brisbane’s northern suburbs, the Sunshine Coast and interstate has seen a new wave of baby boomers staking their claim at our Caboolture North lifestyle community.

The New Year has kicked off with a bang, with an increase in enquiry and sales to match. New home owners are being welcomed almost every week, which certainly does create a buzz in the community.

For many who have already made the move to Halcyon Glades, it’s been all about downsizing the hassles, upgrading lifestyle and having the freedom to lock and go.
