The first release of homes at B by Halcyon have been sold prior to the official launch of the Buderim community, the strong demand prompting Halcyon to fast-track the second release of homes.

This tasty loaf is a delicious baked treat for morning and afternoon tea guests.

Ingredients
• 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil or melted coconut oil
• 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
(about 2 1/2 medium or 2 large bananas)
• 1/4 cup milk or water
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 3/4 cups white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour

This healthy snack is ready in five minutes and pairs wonderfully with a cup of tea or coffee.
Ingredients
• 12 Medjool dates
• 12 raw almonds
• 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
• 2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted
• 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Method
1. In a small bowl, mix shredded coconut, coconut oil and maple syrup until mixture is sticky (you can add a couple drops of water
