In 2020 Australia’s biggest lifestyle gets even better at Halcyon Greens Gold Coast

March 28, 2020

Halcyon Greens lifestyle community is in a class all of its own.

The jewel in Halcyon Greens’ crown – a six acre recreational oasis – is set to get even bigger in 2020 with the opening of the final stage of the recreational precinct.

Due to open in April this year, The Lodge features a 40 seat Gold Class-style cinema, library, fireplace, kitchen and bar, small stage and a private lounge area.

The new addition to the $20 million recreational precinct comes hot on the heels of the celebrated opening of a spectacular outdoor resort pool in time for summer.

Surrounding the resort pool is a sunken firepit perfect for afternoon meets, sun lounges, a beach entry and a disability rail for ease of access.

Within the landscaped recreational precinct, homeowners can also enjoy a heated 25m indoor pool, spa, gym and circuit room, Recreation Club, kitchen, bar, hair salon, beauty treatment rooms and bocce court.

A glass-encased hallway links the Recreation Club to The Pavilion which opens to eight pickleball courts, a tennis court and a championship-size bowling green, all floodlit so homeowners can play well into the evening.

The Pavilion also offers BBQ facilities, kitchenette, function space and billiards area.

Halcyon Greens Project Director Glenn Nugent said the recreational precinct is truly at the heart of the community.

“The impressive resort pool is the final piece of the puzzle for stage two of the recreational precinct,” Glenn said.

“This is a place where homeowners can socialise, relax, exercise and experience all that Halcyon Greens has to offer.

“We hope homeowners spend many enjoyable years with family and friends around the pool.” Halcyon Greens will have more than 500 homes on completion.

Pimpama has experienced huge growth in the last few years and the suburb will continue to have more services and shopping options.

A new railway station will be built as well as an emergency services hub, while upgrades continue to Exit 49.
