B by Halcyon taking shape
Exciting progress has been made on Buderim’s only lifestyle community B by Halcyon, with roads, homes and facilities starting to take shape.
Project Director Chris Carley said considerable progress has been made with more than 100 people working on the new community, Halcyon’s fourth on the Sunshine Coast.
“The private road, which we’re calling Retreat Drive, has been asphalted and we can’t believe how wide it is,” he said.
“In time it will be a beautiful tree-lined entry just what you’d expect to see in a suburb like Buderim.”
Mr Carley said 27 homes were currently under construction, with plans for the display homes to be open and work on the recreational facilities to start in August.
Foundation buyers, Jo and Ossie Feiner, who are moving to B by Halcyon from Halcyon Lakeside are featured in the video update and have also featured in local media reports from the Sunshine Coast Daily and WIN News.
Remarkably, they sold in less than 48 hours and are now eagerly awaiting the completion of their new home, which has a prominent corner position and is well underway.
The couple listed their Halcyon Lakeside home on a Friday afternoon and it sold over the weekend
“We were very lucky, we got buyers straight away,” Jo Feiner said.
“Even with COVID-19, it hasn’t stopped people from planning their lives and moving on.
“Don’t put your plans away in the cupboard for six months or 12 months.”
