Buyers snap up homes in the Country Club Release

Update
December 04, 2020

Buyers snapped up half of the homes in the last release of Halcyon Greens’ Stage 4, offered at an event this week.

Eleven out of 23 homes were quickly reserved by buyers keen to start their next chapter living in the award winning over 50s lifestyle community.

Halcyon Greens’ Project Director Glenn Nugent said the homes in the ‘Country Club Release’ were attractive to buyers as they are conveniently located near the Recreation and Leisure Precinct.

“These homes are our last perimeter homes, they have a lovely aspect looking back to parkland and green space and have great connectivity with the sporting facilities,” he said.

“When the community is finished, the homes will have direct and convenient access to Kingfisher Boulevarde, which leads to the gates.”

Glenn said the majority of buyers had come from the Gold Coast, with a few from Springwood and Redland Bay.

“The northern Gold Coast location and it’s convenience to Brisbane and the beaches of the region has become very popular with local buyers,” he said.

“Pimpama’s growth and the infrastructure of shopping, medical facilities and natural attractions is a beacon for discerning over 50s.”

Glenn also expects a lot of interstate visitors to visit the community over the Christmas and new year break as they had received a lot of phone and website enquiries.

“Now that the borders are open, we’re expecting a busy time over the next few months as our southern cousins look to make the move to South East Queensland.”

Glenn said while around half of the homes had been reserved by buyers who attended the Country Club Release event earlier this week, there were still some great homes on offer.

“We still have a great range of design styles and a few corner blocks left, but my advice is to hurry,” he said.
