Fairway views and Coco Republic styling set the scene for 2019
Renowned Australian interior designer Coco Republic has helped Halcyon Greens to take its latest display home to the next level of luxury. Coco Republic brings its distinctive touch to the furnishing and styling of the Fairway Series display home, which showcases the Halcyon Greens lifestyle limited collection of golf course-fronting abodes.
Halcyon joint managing director Dr Bevan Geissmann said the partnership was a ‘meeting of minds’ in terms of commitment to quality and design. “Each Fairway home is a bespoke offering that is designed to capture Halcyon Greens’ extraordinary golf course views,” he said.
“The display home interiors needed to match the painstaking craftsmanship and spectacular outlook of the Fairway Series. “Knowing Coco Republic’s reputation for bespoke, high quality pieces, we saw them as the natural fit for styling and furnishing the new display.
“The Coco Republic brand also resonates well with the Baby Boomers, who demand quality, style, individuality and value for money.”
Coco Republic interior designer Jenny Scholten said the Fairways’ furniture aesthetic reflects a blend of country club and resort lifestyles “Our brief was to create a design that would reflect and enhance the Halcyon vision to meet every need of the modern senior,” Ms Scholten said.
“We have specifically selected pieces that have a sturdiness in manufacture, providing comfort, support and safety to the lifestyle community market. “We’ve included higher head and armrests, accessible seat heights and clear thoroughfares to accommodate Halcyon Greens’ home owners.”
Dr Geissmann said Halcyon expects the stunning new display home to create further interest in the already popular Fairway Series.
“We have released the Fairway Series across several stages, and each release has secured between $6 million and $8 million in sales on the very first day of release," he said.
“We are definitely expecting to see even greater demand for the Fairway series with Coco Republic putting their touch on these already stunning homes."
The Fairway series offers a new standard of luxury with home designs providing a modern twist on country club elegance. Each home has three bedrooms, a study, three bathrooms, open-plan living areas, and features three new colour schemes and the extensive use of stone and timber.
The Coco Republic-furnished display home is open for viewing at 7 Halcyon Drive, Pimpama.
