First slab poured at Halcyon Greens - Stage Four
The first slab in the first release of Stage Four at Halcyon Greens has been poured this week, with construction staff busy building new homes.
Demand for Australia’s biggest lifestyle continues as more than 50 per cent of homes in this release have been sold.
Project Director Glenn Nugent said construction was moving ahead on the new homes.
He said the appeal of Halcyon Greens, which is a modern take on country club living, had started to be well-known as more people made the Pimpama community their home.
“The secret is definitely out,” he said. “A lot of buyers have come from word of mouth referrals from our current homeowners.
“They’re busy telling their friends what a great lifestyle they have here and letting them know they’re missing out.”
Masterplanned by Sanctuary Cove architect Brian Toyota, Halcyon Greens sits on a spectacular 34 hectare island site, adjacent to Gainsborough Greens 18-hole championship golf course.
The $20 million recreation and lifestyle precinct sits within six lush acres and provides an oasis of activities for homeowners to enjoy. Facilities include, an indoor and outdoor pool, firepit, eight pickleball courts, tennis, bocce, lawn bowls, cinema, dance studio, craft room, herb and vegetable gardens, walking trails as well as a gym, hair salon and day spa.
